Buying A Product or Service from Us!

This is the simplest of all things! For example when ordering a Shelf Company

1.1 Download the current list of available shelf companies here. Go through and find the company you want: choose another 2 extra companies and arrange them in your order of preference. E-mail to advise us to reserve the company and we will keep the one at the top, if it is still available,otherwise we keep the next one according to your order of preference.

1.2 On receipt of your e-mail or phone call to this effect, We immediately originate an order from you and by that process we remove the company from our list, awaiting advice of your payment into our Stanbic Bank Account with following details

Please request that the bank types your name on the transfer so that your name appears on our bank statement, to avoid the possibility of us creditting the wrong customer, because within a certain period of our price, the same amount appears many times on our bank statement.


How to Buy a Company of your Choice
Estimated completion time: 2 weeks

A company of the name that you think out yourself, gets registered according to the following procedure:

2.1 Download the application form here.
2.2 You list the names in order of preference (a maximum of 7) and e-mail them to us.
2.3 On receipt of your names, we originate an order from you, and we wait for payment advice as indicated in 1.2 above.
2.4 On receipt of your payment, we convert your order into an invoice, and we proceed to do a search of your names; therefater we register the company, using the name that will have been approved. In the event that all your names fail to go through, we refund you your payment, less the amount marked "Name-search" in our price list, which is in paragraph 3 below. We hope not to get to this point.
2.5 After effecting your RTGS or whatever type of transfer, go to the tab marked "Downloads" and complete the CR14 details form, found therein; and submit it to us, so that as soon as the company is registered, we immediately proceed to register the directors.
2.6 After the company is registered, we proceed to obtain a tax clearance certificate (form ITF 263) for you from the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA).
2.7 We invite you to come and collect your documents.
